The painting was painted by the male French painter Jean-François Rafaëlli in 1885. The original measures the size of 34,9 × 28,6 cm (13 3/4 × 11 1/4 in). Oil on linen canvas was applied by the French painter as the technique for the piece of art. This piece of art can be viewed in in the collection of Art Institute Chicago.
